We offer to help consumers locate hard-to-find products in the short term. In the long term, we offer our core service, which is explained in detail at our How It Works page.
We do not buy products, we do not stock products and in general we are there to help people seeking to buy rather than people seeking to sell.

Please make sure the email address you provide is 100% accurate as we cannot reply if the email address is undeliverable. We want to help you! We get back to EVERY query IF it's got a good return email address!
How long can I expect to wait to get a response if I contact DNM?
